I picked up this open box Acer Nitro 27 and it's been a fantastic gaming monitor. The 180Hz refresh rate is incredibly smooth, and the 1ms response time eliminates ghosting. The VA panel offers deep blacks with the 10,000,000:1 contrast ratio, making dark scenes pop. FreeSync Premium works flawlessly with my AMD GPU. At 27 inches, the 1080p resolution is fine for competitive gaming but could be sharper for desktop use. Being open box, I got a great deal. The 3-year warranty gives peace of mind. If you want high refresh rates on a budget, this is a solid pick.
